How long does it take for delivery?
All of our products are made-to-order, and once an order is placed, production gets started. The typical delivery period is 3-4 weeks from the order placement date. However, if a significant order is placed that costs more than Rs. 5,00,000, the delivery period can be longer. Since all of the furniture is handcrafted and constructed with physical labour, we don't like to rush our artisansYou will be notified if there are any unforeseen delays to your order via the email and SMS addresses you provided at the time of placing the transaction. What are the shipping charges?
Depending on the delivery address and pincode, shipping costs are computed based on the delivery location.
How do i check the status of my order?

I want to provide special delivery instructions, how do i do that?
Despite our best efforts, some requests might not be attainable owing to logistical limitations.Any requests should be made known when placing the order in the contacts section. For us to be able to register your request, please include the order number that you received via email.
Do you offer customisations?
Yes, where possible, we do offer some customizations. The product description will typically include information about the customization options.Please get in touch with us in advance of placing your order if you have any particular demands relating to customization, and we will walk you through the procedure.Please be aware that any customising may result in an extra fee, which will be disclosed to you at the time you place the purchase.
I changed my mind, can i cancel my order?
Due to the fact that all of our products are made-to-order, we do not offer a cancellation policy. Following the placement of your order, production is started and materials ordered specifically for your furniture items.If the goods you got is broken or defective, we might, in our sole discretion, send you a replacement.
