All our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Once an order is placed, production begins immediately. The standard delivery timeline is 7-30 working days from the date of order. For larger or higher-value orders, delivery may take longer. As each piece is carefully built by skilled artisans, we avoid rushing the process to maintain quality. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will keep you informed via the email and SMS provided at checkout. You can also contact our support team anytime for updates on your order status.
Depending on the delivery address and pincode, shipping costs are computed based on the delivery location.

Yes, where possible, we do offer some customizations. The product description will typically include information about the customization options.Please get in touch with us in advance of placing your order if you have any particular demands relating to customization, and we will walk you through the procedure.Please be aware that any customising may result in an extra fee, which will be disclosed to you at the time you place the purchase.
Due to the fact that all of our products are made-to-order, we do not offer a cancellation policy once production begins. However, we do provide a 12-hour window for cancellations, as outlined in our Shipping and Privacy Policy. After this period, production is initiated and materials are ordered specifically for your furniture items. If the goods you receive are broken or defective, we may, at our sole discretion, send you a replacement.
